I grew up in Australia, where sport, sunshine, and movement shaped my early years. As a school sports captain competing at a high level, I learned discipline, resilience, and the importance of caring for the body. Nutrition has always been personal for me, as I was born dairy intolerant and later discovered a gluten intolerance. Learning how to nourish myself for health and performance sparked a lifelong interest in food, energy, and wellbeing.
This curiosity led me to study tourism and travel at university and to explore the world extensively. Experiencing different cultures, cuisines, and ways of living deepened my understanding of balance, sustainability, and what it truly means to feel well.
Professionally, I built a successful career in accounting, progressing to senior leadership roles, and went on to found and own businesses in London. These experiences strengthened my ability to build, manage, and scale ventures with clarity and care. Throughout it all, fitness remained a constant, from triathlons and endurance training to weightlifting, reinforcing my belief in the connection between physical strength, mental resilience, and long-term health.
My love of travel and business later evolved into property ownership, and I now own and operate villas for rental in London and Spain. These spaces reflect my belief that the environment, like nutrition and movement, plays a powerful role in how we feel and function.
Today, I am bringing together my lived experience in nutrition, lifelong commitment to sport, global travel, and business ownership to build my own health and wellness company and host retreats. This work feels like a natural extension of who I am and what I love most, creating meaningful, well-run experiences that support people to feel nourished, strong, and balanced in both body and mind.
